Alisa Palavenis is an amateur painter from Lithuania.

Alisa is a passionate eco-activist and a healthy lifestyle promoter. She photographs plastic polluted seaside and further collects it; also writes sugar-free cookbooks. Alisa publishes articles about art periodically.

How has it happened that after 25 years of studying and working in pharmacy and chemistry, Alisa turned back to art? She wake up. One summer she felt a relentless desire to draw, just to draw. She grabbed the first oil pastels she found in a supermarket, and with a small drawing pad in her hands she spent that amazing summer 2019.

Time goes by, but passion does not fade. Maybe it is Love? …

Alisa brings her knowledge from applied sciences into art. Through the science prism she examines the peculiarities of fine arts techniques. Everything is so new and everything is so mind-blowingly interesting! In 2022 Alisa is getting ready for her first art exhibition.
